Our new membership year begins on 1st November 2025.
We have moved to Spond as our main platform for communication and payments.
This will make things much easier for our members and your committee.
You will be able to stay up to date with club news, events, and session bookings all in one place!
How to join:
Fill out the membership form and make payment
Download the Spond App (available on App Store & Google Play)
Join our group using the code: SKFXP
Once your membership is confirmed, you’ll see the “Club Membership” option in your Spond profile.
Don’t forget to say hi in the app and keep connected with our skating community!
Membership of GIFSC enables the skater to participate in regular club ice skills sessions with Guildford coaches, enter club competitions, showcases and attend special events with guest coaches.
Membership costs £25 for the skating year which runs from 1 November until 31 October.
Additional fees apply to sessions attended and start at £15.
Memberships and event bookings are facilitated through the Spond App only.
Skaters are eligible to join Guildford Ice Figure Skating Club when they reach Level 8 of the Skate UK programme. The award for this level must be signed off by a Guildford Spectrum Coach who must sponsor (give permission for) their application.
ADULT SKATERS may join if they meet the above criteria or are skating at Prebronze or above - please contact our committee member for adult skating at gifscmember@gmail.com to confirm your eligibility to join GIFSC.
