Membership of GIFSC is currently at full capacity.
26/27 Membership Year
Renewals will take place in October 2026 for 26/27 at the reduced fee of £20, covering a shorter membership year from 1st November 2026 until 30th June 2027 to bring our membership inline with BIS and the ISU Skating Season Calender.
Annual renewal fees will be requested prior to the end of our membership year regardless of sign up date.
Renewal requests will arrive via Spond and must be actioned before 31st October 2026.
In November 2026 numbers will be assessed prior to any new memberships being offered.
New Skaters will only be eligible to join GIFSC when they achieve a Gold Level pass.
This level must be signed off by a Guildford Coach who must sponsor the application.
Membership from 1st July 2027
From 1st July 2027 ALL members will be required to hold a valid BIS Membership and disclose their member number at point of renewal or initial sign up.
Membership requests from Skaters who do not hold a valid BIS Membership will be declined.
Membership of GIFSC enables the skater to participate in regular club ice skills sessions with Guildford coaches, enter club competitions, showcases and attend special events with guest coaches.
Additional fees apply to Club Ice sessions attended and start at £15.
Memberships and event bookings are facilitated through the Spond App only.
